**About the Opportunity** A fast-growing player in the Renewable Energy \& Solar EPC sector, we deliver end-to-end utility-scale and commercial solar projects across India---from site feasibility and design to commissioning and performance assurance. Our team works with top-tier developers, financiers, and government entities to execute complex solar infrastructure with precision, on time and on budget. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects---from site mobilization to grid synchronization---ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. * Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress. * Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and on-site delivery schedules. * Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders. * Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals, compliance, and commissioning support. * Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Solar PV EPC * Project Execution * Site Management * DISCOM Interface * Vendor Management * Construction Scheduling * MS Project * AutoCAD Electrical **Preferred** * IEC/NERC Compliance * DER (Distributed Energy Resources) exposure * Experience with SCADA integration **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work on India's most strategic solar projects with direct impact on national energy goals. * Dynamic, execution-first culture with autonomy to drive projects from ground-up. * Opportunities for rapid growth and exposure to pan-India EPC portfolios.
