How to participate authentically on Owesa.

Community Guidelines

Owesa is a talent ecosystem built for authentic conversations, meaningful connections, and professional growth. These Community Guidelines exist to keep Owesa safe, respectful, and valuable for every Member.

By using Owesa, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or account termination.

1. Be Authentic

  • Share genuine perspectives and experiences.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Anonymous participation is welcome where available; however, abuse of anonymity will not be tolerated.

2. Be Respectful

  • Treat others with professionalism and respect even when you disagree.
  • Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks are not allowed.
  • Keep discussions constructive and relevant to the community.

3. Protect Privacy

  • Do not share personal information (your own or others’) that you would not want public.
  • Do not post confidential company information, trade secrets, or content that you do not have the right to share.
  • Respect Members’ privacy both on and off Owesa.

4. Share Value, Not Spam

  • Contribute to conversations in good faith.
  • Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content outside of designated areas.
  • Opportunities, events, or services may only be promoted through approved Owesa features (e.g., job postings, Partner tools).

5. Follow the Law

  • Illegal activity, fraudulent postings, or encouragement of unlawful behavior is prohibited.
  • Job postings must comply with employment and labor laws including anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Do not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Keep Owesa Safe

  • Do not use bots, scraping, or automated tools to collect data.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform’s security.
  • Report abusive or suspicious behavior so our team can act quickly.

7. Contribute to the Ecosystem

  • Engage thoughtfully on our platform.
  • Offer help, advice, or insight where you have expertise.
  • Remember: every Member adds to the strength of the ecosystem.

8. Enforcement

Owesa reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Guidelines. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension.
