Account & Finance Executive (CA INTERIM MANDATORY)

Our team blends technical rigor with business acumen to deliver scalable, audit-ready finance infrastructure for clients across India. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements, GLs, and inter-company transactions with precision and timeliness. * Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings in adherence to Indian regulations. * Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, well-documented accounting records and internal control documentation. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with business growth and ERP implementation cycles. * Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and internal policy compliance across all financial operations. **Skills \& Qualifications** * **Must-Have** * CA Interim cleared (mandatory) * Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO * Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS * Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance * Excel -- Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP * Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation * **Preferred** * Exposure to ERP implementation or digital accounting tools * Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting workflows * Experience in audit support or internal controls documentation **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work with high-impact clients and fast-growth startups across India's tech and SaaS landscape. * Structured mentorship from CA/CPA leaders and exposure to enterprise finance systems. * Onsite collaborative environment with flexible working hours and learning-focused teams.
