Our recruiters own the full hiring lifecycle---from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding---driving targeted, metrics-driven hiring against aggressive quarterly goals. We pride ourselves on precision sourcing, candidate experience, and closing roles faster than industry benchmarks. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Own full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering, product, data, devops) --- from JD finalization to offer closure within SLAs. * Build pipeline through proactive sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList, referrals, and niche tech communities. * Conduct structured interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers to align on role fit and culture add. * Track and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs: sourced candidates, interviews scheduled, offers extended, and time-to-hire metrics. * Partner with HRBP and hiring leads to refine job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and optimize candidate journey flows. * Implement ATS best practices (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar), maintain data hygiene, and generate weekly hiring analytics reports. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * LinkedIn Recruiter * ATS (Greenhouse / Lever / Workday) * Boolean search * Technical screening * KPI-driven recruitment * Candidate experience management **Preferred** * Startup hiring experience * HR analytics dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) * Recruitment CRM (HiringSolved, SeekOut) **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * 100% remote work with flexible hours --- hire from anywhere in India. * Performance-linked bonuses + quarterly incentives for hitting aggressive targets. * Access to global tech hiring playbooks, mentorship from senior recruiters, and continuous upskilling.
