Our team blends creative storytelling with technical precision to deliver editorial-grade imagery that drives conversions and brand identity. We're scaling our in-house photography studio and seeking a visionary Fashion Photographer to lead visual direction and execution across campaigns. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Conceptualize and shoot high-end fashion editorials, lookbooks, product campaigns, and lifestyle content for digital and print platforms. * Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, models, and art directors to build cohesive visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines. * Manage end-to-end photoshoot production: location scouting, lighting setups, wardrobe coordination, and post-shoot retouching oversight. * Ensure consistent visual quality across all outputs --- from e-commerce product shots to high-fashion editorial spreads. * Stay ahead of industry trends, styling aesthetics, and lighting techniques to keep content fresh and competitive in the Indian and global market. * Mentor junior photographers and interns; maintain a professional, collaborative, and efficient studio workflow. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Adobe Lightroom * Adobe Photoshop * Canon EOS R System * Nikon Z Series * Studio Lighting (Profoto, Godox, Elinchrom) * Fashion Styling Coordination * Portrait \& Product Photography * Location Scouting \& Shoot Planning **Preferred** * Proficiency in Capture One * Experience with commercial e-commerce photo shoots * Knowledge of Indian fashion market trends and editorial calendars **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Full-time on-site role with modern studio facilities in Mumbai or Delhi (location-dependent) * Opportunity to work with top Indian and global fashion brands on high-visibility campaigns * Continuous learning: access to masterclasses, gear upgrades, and creative freedom to experiment
