Our recruiters own full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, sales, and operations roles --- turning vague job descriptions into high-conversion candidate pipelines through smart sourcing, targeted outreach, and data-backed engagement. No corporate fluff --- just real results, real speed, real impact. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Own 5--8 junior to mid-level hiring mandates per month across tech and non-tech verticals --- from sourcing to offer closure. * Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and cold outreach --- hitting 15+ qualified profiles per role. * Conduct 10--15 screening calls weekly, assessing role fit, motivation, and salary expectations. * Run end-to-end coordination: schedule interviews, share feedback, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding handoff. * Maintain 100% candidate CRM hygiene in Greenhouse/Workable --- tracking status, notes, and feedback within 24 hrs. * Hit monthly KPIs --- 80%+ offer acceptance rate, 7--10 day time-to-fill, 15+ hires/month (variable based on target). **Skills \& Qualifications** * **Must-Have** * LinkedIn Recruiter * Boolean Search * Greenhouse ATS * Microsoft Excel * Slack / Microsoft Teams * CRM Tools * Cold Calling * Email Outreach * **Preferred** * Experience with Workable or Lever ATS * Basic knowledge of engineering roles (e.g., SDE, QA, DevOps) * Previous experience in startup or agency hiring **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * 100% remote --- work from anywhere in India with flexible hours (core hours: 11 AM--5 PM IST). * Performance-driven comp: base + incentive (target-based, up to ₹15K/month bonus per successful hire). * Fast-track growth --- top performers promoted to Senior Recruiter within 6--8 months with leadership exposure.
