**About the Opportunity** A fast-scaling edtech innovator transforming corporate and higher education training with AI-powered, learner-centric digital experiences. We design and deploy scalable, engaging, and data-informed learning solutions for global enterprises and academic institutions---blending instructional design rigor with adaptive technology to drive measurable skill outcomes and learner retention. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Design end-to-end learning experiences---from needs analysis to assessment---for corporate upskilling, compliance, and leadership programs. * Translate complex subject matter into microlearning modules, interactive simulations, and scenario-based courses using rapid authoring tools. * Collaborate with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to align pedagogy with platform capabilities and learner analytics. * Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and accessibility-compliant assets while adhering to SCORM/xAPI standards. * Leverage LMS/LXP data to iterate on content effectiveness and optimize learner pathways through A/B testing. * Ensure all learning assets meet brand, instructional, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 ). **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Articulate * Storyline 360 * Adobe Captivate * SCORM * xAPI * Instructional Design * Learning Experience Design * LMS **Preferred** * AI-powered authoring tools (e.g., Elucidat, DominKnow) * Experience with LXP platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone) * Knowledge of behavioral learning models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Hybrid work mode with flexibility to work from anywhere in India co-working allowances * Direct impact on global learning outcomes---your designs reach 1M learners annually * Access to in-house AI learning labs and quarterly upskilling sprints with global instructional design leaders
