**About the Opportunity** A fast-growing renewable energy advisory and project execution firm operating across India's solar ecosystem, we specialize in end-to-end development, financing, and commissioning of utility-scale solar projects. Our mission is to accelerate India's clean energy transition by delivering bankable, high-ROI solar assets---from land acquisition to grid interconnection---with zero compromise on technical rigor or ESG compliance. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end execution of 80+ MW solar projects---from development, permitting, and EPC tendering to commissioning and performance guarantee closure. * Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, legal, procurement, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within defined technical and safety standards. * Interface directly with DISCOMs, CEA, MNRE, and other regulatory bodies to secure grid connectivity, approvals, and compliance for mega-watt scale projects. * Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation for EPC, O\&M, and balance-of-system vendors aligned with project timelines. * Drive project financial structuring with lenders and investors---preparing BOQs, CAPEX models, PPA terms, and ROI projections for funding approval. * Conduct site audits, technical validation, and post-commissioning performance reviews to ensure \>97% Plant Availability and SLA adherence. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Solar PV system design * Project execution management * EPC tendering and contract negotiation * Grid interconnection protocols * DISCOM and CEA compliance * CAPEX modeling * PPA structuring * Project finance documentation **Preferred** * Experience with IREDA/SECI tenders * Knowledge of MNRE guidelines and PM-Surya Ghar scheme * Familiarity with SCADA and plant performance analytics tools **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work on nationally significant solar infrastructure shaping India's energy future. * Flat hierarchy with direct ownership over multi-MW assets and high-visibility stakeholder engagement. * Performance-linked bonuses + leadership exposure from day one.
