**About the Opportunity** A fast-growing education consultancy firm operating across India, we specialize in helping universities and institutions launch, market, and scale certificate-based upskilling programs for working professionals and students. Our mission is to bridge industry-academia gaps by enabling institutions to deliver job-relevant, stackable credentials aligned with evolving market demands. We work with top-tier universities, edtech platforms, and corporate partners to drive enrollment, revenue, and impact---locally and nationally. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Identify and engage university departments, deans, and academic coordinators to onboard certificate course partnerships. * Pitch and structure customized certificate programs aligned with industry trends and institutional strengths. * Drive end-to-end sales cycle---from cold outreach to contract signing---ensuring timely closures and pipeline health. * Collaborate with marketing and content teams to tailor course brochures, decks, and ROI case studies for institutional buyers. * Track and report on KPIs: new partnerships, revenue targets, conversion rates, and student enrollment projections. * Build and maintain strong institutional relationships to enable renewals, upsells, and cross-program expansion. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Salesforce * CRM tools * Microsoft Office Suite * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) * Contract negotiation * University tie-up experience * Indian higher education sector knowledge **Preferred** * Experience in edtech or B2B education sales * Familiarity with MOOC platforms (Coursera, edX, Udemy for Business) * Basic understanding of course accreditation or NCVT/NSDC frameworks **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work in a mission-driven team passionate about democratizing career-relevant education across India. * Performance-linked incentives and career progression path based on partnership impact. * On-site work with flexible hours, travel allowances, and regular exposure to top academic and corporate stakeholders.
