About the Opportunity A forward-thinking creative tech studio operating at the intersection of AI and visual storytelling, we pioneer next-gen photography solutions powered by generative models, computer vision, and automated image production. Our team builds scalable, AI-driven visual content pipelines for global brands---transforming how campaigns, e-commerce, and immersive experiences are produced at speed and scale. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Design and execute AI-powered photography workflows using text-to-image, image-to-image, and in-painting models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, MidJourney). * Collaborate with creative directors to translate briefs into prompt engineering strategies that align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals. * Curate, fine-tune, and validate AI-generated assets for commercial use---ensuring technical quality, consistency, and brand compliance. * Develop and maintain prompt libraries, style guides, and asset templates to standardize high-volume output with minimal manual intervention. * Integrate generative AI outputs into post-production pipelines using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools for final delivery. * Stay ahead of emerging AI imaging tools and methodologies---continuously testing, benchmarking, and recommending adoption for studio workflows. **Skills \& Qualifications** * Must-Have * Stable Diffusion * DALL·E * MidJourney * Adobe Photoshop * Prompt Engineering * Image Post-Processing * Computer Vision Basics * Generative AI Workflows * Preferred * Experience with ControlNet or LoRA fine-tuning * Basic Python scripting for automation * Experience in e-commerce or advertising visual production **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work in a boundary-pushing creative tech environment with full access to cutting-edge AI imaging tools. * 2-year contract with performance-linked incentives and growth pathways into AI Creative Director roles. * On-site collaboration in a vibrant, hybrid creative studio with cross-functional AI and design teams.
