Our team partners with healthcare providers to streamline their financial compliance, reduce audit risks, and unlock operational efficiencies---turning regulatory complexity into strategic advantage. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end client engagements for GST \& TDS compliance specifically tailored to healthcare providers (hospitals, labs, pharmacies, nursing homes). * Conduct client assessments to identify tax gaps, misclassifications, and refund opportunities under healthcare-specific exemptions and notifications. * Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and reconciliation reports with strict adherence to timelines and audit-readiness standards. * Advise healthcare clients on GST invoicing rules, reverse charge mechanisms, and supply of goods/services under Schedule II \& III of CGST Act. * Coordinate with internal tax specialists and audit teams to resolve discrepancies, respond to departmental notices, and file appeals when needed. * Build trust with healthcare CXOs by translating tax jargon into business impact---highlighting cost savings, risk mitigation, and compliance ROI. **Skills \& Qualifications** * **Must-Have** * GST Practitioner Certification * TDS Return Filing * GST Law (CGST/SGST/IGST) * Income Tax Act (Section 194C, 194J, 194Q) * Healthcare Sector Taxation (Schedule II, III, Notification 12/2017) * ERP/GST Suvidha Provider Interfaces (e.g., ClearTax, Tally, Sahaj) * Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Automation) * Client Advisory \& Presentation Skills * **Preferred** * Experience with healthcare audits or litigation support * Familiarity with GSTN Portal \& E-Way Bill System * Basic understanding of hospital billing systems or HIS platforms **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Work directly with India's top healthcare chains---gain deep domain expertise in a high-impact vertical. * Hybrid work model with field visits office collaboration---no pure remote, stay connected with clients and team. * Performance-linked incentives structured career path for compliance specialists looking to grow into leadership roles.
