Based in Ankleshwar, our stores serve both B2B and B2C clients, requiring precision, speed, and service excellence at every touchpoint. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Supervise and assist in loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation. * Monitor material receipts, issues, and dispatches, verifying against GRNs, challans, and issue slips. * Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and reconcile with physical stock. * Conduct regular stock audits to prevent mismatches and shortages. * Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports, including stock aging, reorder levels, and shortage alerts. * Ensure ISO-compliant record keeping: inward/outward registers, bin cards, and ledgers. * Coordinate with storekeepers, dispatch teams, and production departments for timely material availability. * Liaise with vendors and transporters to ensure smooth material movement and delivery. * Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and reconciliation data. * Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in store operations. **Skills \& Qualifications** * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Ability to supervise material handling and ensure safety compliance. * Proficiency in ERP/inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. * Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams. * Basic understanding of inventory control principles and stock management practices. **Experience** 1--2 years of experience in store operations, inventory management, or material handling in a manufacturing or retail environment. **Additional Requirements** * A hands-on professional with 1--2 years of store/warehouse experience, skilled in loading/unloading materials and ensuring safe handling practices. * Strong organizational ability and foundational knowledge of inventory management. * Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. * Holder of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * Local candidate willing to commute daily to Ankleshwar. \[Add information regarding benefits and perks here\]
