With a strong footprint in Gujarat's chemical and manufacturing corridors---including Ankleshwar---we're scaling our dispatch operations to support high-volume, time-sensitive deliveries across road and rail networks. Join us to play a critical role in ensuring seamless, on-time delivery execution for our top-tier clientele. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily shipment schedules with carriers, verifying load details, pickup/drop locations, and delivery windows. * Issue and manage waybills, consignment notes, and e-way bills in compliance with GST and transport regulations. * Track real-time shipment status via ERP or dispatch software, proactively resolving delays, route deviations, or documentation issues. * Liaise between warehouse, transporters, and clients to ensure accurate loading, correct documentation, and proof of delivery (POD) collection. * Maintain dispatch logs, generate daily/weekly reports on delivery performance, and flag bottlenecks to management. * Support audit preparation by ensuring all dispatch records are complete, dated, and digitally archived per company policy. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must-Have** * Experience with ERP dispatch modules * Proficiency in E-way bill generation under GST framework * Strong understanding of consignment note processing and documentation * Hands-on experience with shipment tracking systems (e.g., GPS, TMS integrations) * Proven ability to coordinate effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders * Knowledge of GST transport compliance and regulatory documentation **Preferred** * Previous experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS) * Familiarity with Gujarat's key industrial logistics hubs (e.g., Ankleshwar, Hazira, Vapi) * Basic Excel skills for generating delivery analytics and performance reports * High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in logistics/supply chain is a plus
