A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment Management Paralegal to support its legal team across fund, trading, and corporate matters. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex investment structures and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the firm. **Who You Are** * Bachelor's degree and strong academic background required (GPA 3.5 required, GPA 3.8 highly preferred) * Paralegal experience at a top corporate law firm and/or investment manager, private equity, or hedge fund * Familiarity with fund structures and investment management terms preferred * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems required * Litigation experience is not preferred. **The Opportunity** * Partner with attorneys on fund, trading, and corporate legal matters * Form legal entities and maintain organizational documentation * Review investor materials, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires * Coordinate regulatory filings, marketing registrations, and internal projects * Support board meetings, including preparation of materials and resolutions * Manage investor side letters and related compliance tracking * Coordinate diligence and compliance requests (e.g., AML/KYC) * Review confidentiality agreements and assist with ad hoc legal documentation * Liaise with internal teams and external service providers across ongoing matters **What's Offered** • $110k - $130k base discretionary bonus (depending on experience) • Broad exposure to legal and investment operations within a global platform • Collaborative, high-performance environment with strong growth potential • Comprehensive benefits package **Compensation:** $110,000-$130,000 per year
