Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise environment. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (such as MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) preferred. - Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation. - Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
