Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies alongside Jira project management tools. - Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems. - Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies. - Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills. - Capable of linking technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences. - Organized, proactive, and able to clarify complexities inherent in systems. - Skills in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in interpersonal relationships. - Ability to identify and manage deviations from established processes. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
