Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience. - At least 5 years of experience in supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise setting. - A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) is highly desirable. - Strong grasp of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation. - Proficient in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation. - Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. - Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated integrity and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality. - Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, navigate facilities, and communicate effectively both verbally and electronically.
