Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise context - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications, such as MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or related systems - Strong grasp of retail business processes, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation - Experience with application configuration, testing, and thorough process validation - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams and external vendors - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to understand business needs and convert them into scalable system solutions using Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules - Lead initiatives to improve business processes, optimize data flow, and align functional design with business requirements and Oracles capabilities - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support - Organize and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business functions and ensure the successful implementation of new features or updates - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues within Oracle Retail integrations by collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams - Enhance reporting capabilities by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership to provide accurate and actionable business insights - Stay informed on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to suggest new functionalities and improvements. - Work with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures - Facilitate training and offer end-user support to encourage adoption and independence across business units - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Company: - ------- At Rural King, we are dedicated to serving our communities as Americas Farm and Home Store, offering a wide range of products from food and feed to farm and home necessities.
