Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools. - Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems. - Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences. - Organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems. - Capability to effectively resolve conflicts and tackle relationship challenges. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
