Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Finance or Accounting systems, ideally in a retail or multi-entity setting - Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, GL, AP, or relevant modules) - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and AP workflows - Proficiency in business analysis, requirements documentation, and functional testing - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences - Strong skills in problem-solving, analysis, and organization - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds when necessary - Capacity to effectively communicate both verbally and electronically with others - Close visual acuity for detailed tasks Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Serve as a primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle AMS or implementation partners for Oracle Fusion-related projects - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes, identify issues, and propose process enhancements - Analyze and convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including GL, AP, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Participate in comprehensive testing, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor ongoing system performance, data integrity, and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected systems - Work closely with developers and solution architects to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and investigate root causes for recurring system errors - Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes to ensure alignment of system processes with accounting standards - Develop and maintain documentation, functional process flows, and user training guides - Deliver end-user training and support to ensure adherence and compliance with established business processes - Enforce IT governance, data standards, and security policies across Finance applications - Prepare system health reports and updates for leadership review - Coordinate with AP, GL, and Finance teams for accurate transactional data and timely processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to support integrations and audit requirements - Work alongside other IT application teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules and platforms - --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- Rural King is committed to being Americas Farm and Home Store, offering essential products to the communities we serve across over 130 locations in 13 states.
