Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Minimum of 3 years experience supporting Finance or Accounting systems, ideally in a retail or multi-entity organization - Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, GL, AP, or related modules) - Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and Accounts Payable workflows - Familiar with business analysis, requirements documentation, and functional testing - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Act as a crucial liaison between the Finance organization, IT, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and AP teams to document business processes and recommend improvements - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion modules - Participate in comprehensive testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing - Monitor ongoing system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance within financial applications - Lead discovery sessions and functional design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Support changes and deployments of new features or enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud - Work closely with developers and architects to validate designs and troubleshoot issues - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes to align with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation and user training guides - Provide end-user training and enforce IT governance and data standards across Finance applications - Coordinate with AP, GL, and Finance teams for accurate transactional data processing - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners to meet integration and audit requirements - Work with other IT application teams to ensure smooth data flow across systems - --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- Rural King is Americas Farm and Home Store, dedicated to providing essential products to the communities we serve.
