Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Minimum of 3 years experience supporting Finance or Accounting systems, ideally in a retail or multi-entity environment - Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, GL, AP, or relevant modules) - Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and Accounts Payable workflows - Experience in business analysis, documentation of requirements, and functional testing - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Act as a vital liaison among Rural Kings Finance organization, IT, and external partners - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to document processes, identify challenges, and suggest improvements - Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Engage in comprehensive testing processes, such as system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing - Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and compliance in financial applications - Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and design discussions with internal teams and vendors - Assist with configuration changes, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud and connected systems - Work alongside developers and solution architects to validate designs and troubleshoot recurring issues - Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring alignment with accounting principles - Create and maintain system documentation, functional process flows, and user training materials - Provide end-user training and support for adoption and compliance with standardized processes - Assist in enforcing IT governance, data standards, and security policies within Finance applications - Prepare reports on system health, issue summaries, and updates for leadership review - Ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactional data by coordinating with AP, GL, and Finance teams - Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and business partners for integrations, controls, and audit needs - Work with other IT application teams to facilitate cross-module and platform data flow - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- At Rural King, we proudly honor our commitment to communities by providing vital products and services.
