**Position: E-Billing Analyst** **Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)** **Salary: $80K -- $100K + B +OT** **NYC based Prestigious legal services firm seeks an E-Billing Analyst to join their team!** **++Responsibilities:++** * Prepare and submit appeals for reduced invoices. * Logging reduced invoices for all clients. * Tracking and updating all reduced invoices in database and smart sheet. * Following up with firm timekeepers to prepare for appeal responses. * Corresponding with clients to ensure successful appeals and payment of the appealed invoices. * Obtaining necessary approvals from responsible attorneys for write-offs, late appeals, etc. * Analyze appeal data to recognize trends and help develop solutions. **++Qualifications:++** * 3+ Years of E-Billing experience * Prior legal billing experience * Strong Microsoft Excel Skills. * Experience using Aderant, BillBlast and E-Hilling Hub software a plus * Experience with online Ebilling vendors such as; Passport, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, Serengeti and Ascent.
