**Solar Project Manager (5 - 30 MW)** **Department:** Projects / EPC / Business Development **Head Office:** Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi **Experience:** 2-4 Years **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar pumps, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. * Handle service calls and resolve complaints within one week to maintain customer satisfaction. * Manage the existing team effectively while incorporating new members to enhance performance. * Liaise with government bodies and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. * Manage stock levels and warehouse operations to ensure availability of necessary materials. * Conduct marketing activities related to the project to promote solar pump solutions. * Must possess a personal bike/vehicle for travel to various project sites. **Additional Responsibilities:** * Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope and budget constraints. * Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges. * Foster a collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and efficiency within the team. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to enhance project offerings.
