Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. * Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms. * Collaborate with marketing/media agencies to execute campaigns that align with brand goals. * Analyze and report on social media metrics using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Plan and coordinate photoshoots and content creation for social media channels. * Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Fashion Communication or Media Communication. * 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry. * Strong understanding of SEO and white-hat technologies. * Experience working with marketing/media agencies is a plus. * Passionate about skincare and beauty, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
