We're looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong creative voice, a distinct visual aesthetic, and a portfolio that demonstrates mastery across platforms. This role will work directly with an owner/founder to bring brand storytelling, digital presence, and content strategy to life. If you thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and love shaping the look, feel, and personality of a brand---this role is for you. **What You'll Do** * Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the founder's vision and brand identity * Own the planning, creation, and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms * Produce high-quality, on-brand photo, video, and graphic content that reflects a clear and consistent aesthetic * Partner closely with the founder on creative direction, messaging, and new content ideas * Analyze performance metrics and refine strategy to drive engagement, growth, and visibility * Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and best-in-class practices * Manage the content calendar, posting cadence, and community engagement * Contribute to brand storytelling, campaign concepts, and digital launches **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of social media management or digital content experience * A **strong, distinct aesthetic** and the ability to translate brand personality into compelling visual and written content * A **portfolio** showcasing your creative work across platforms (required) * Strong photography, videography, and editing abilities (mobile or professional) * Deep knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and performance optimization * Experience managing a brand or public figure's social presence (preferred) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a founder in a collaborative, fast-paced environment * A proactive, resourceful, self-sufficient creator who thrives in building and experimenting **What We Offer** * The opportunity to directly shape the brand voice and visual identity alongside the founder * Creative ownership and room to experiment * Flexible work environment * Growth potential within a rapidly evolving brand **To Apply:** Please submit your résumé, social media portfolio, and links to any accounts you currently manage.
