**++Position: Senior Façade Designer++** **Role Objective:** To lead and direct the Façade Design team in the development of innovative, high-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions. The role is fundamentally responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and successful delivery of all façade design outputs, from conception through to execution. **Key Responsibilities \& Accountabilities:** * **Design Leadership \& Strategy:** * Lead the comprehensive design process for major façade projects, establishing innovative concepts and solutions. * Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to the entire design team. * **Technical Governance \& Final Approval:** * Serve as the final technical authority for the review and approval of all detailed façade drawings and specifications. * Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to architectural plans, engineering requirements, and both local and international building codes. * **Team \& Stakeholder Management:** * Manage and lead project teams, comprising designers and engineers, to achieve project objectives. * Act as the principal liaison between the design department, project execution teams, and clients. * **Innovation \& Quality Assurance:** * Govern the quality control process and direct rigorous performance assessments of all façade systems. * Remain at the forefront of industry advancements and champion the implementation of new technologies and cost-effective solutions. **Mandatory Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely related technical field is mandatory. * **Experience:** The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7-10 years of extensive and progressive experience in façade design. * **Technical Knowledge:** Expert-level proficiency in advanced CAD software and façade design tools is required , along with profound expertise in diverse façade materials and systems. **Reporting Structure:** * The position reports directly to the Design Manager or the Head of Façade Design.
