Contract Duration: 12 Months likely extending to 24 Months **Required Skills \& Experience** * Proven experience in program management or technical leadership, preferably in a web or UI framework domain. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to socialize concepts and lead projects across diverse teams. * Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from various disciplines. * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) within large organizations. * No hands-on front-end coding required; focus is on coordination, leadership, and delivery. **What You Will Be Doing** * Lead and manage multiple program initiatives in the UI framework domain for native and web applications. * Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. * Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders at all levels within the organization. * Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. * Champion process improvements and best practices for program management. * Drive accountability, timelines, and quality standards for deliverables.
