Our client, a leading organization within the investment management space, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing efforts across critical business and data applications. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on QA professional with experience executing manual test plans, validating complex business processes, and partnering with technical teams to ensure software quality. You'll work with technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, Python-based testing tools, and enterprise data platforms in a collaborative Agile environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys uncovering defects before they reach production and takes pride in being the advocate for quality. The team is looking for a detail-oriented tester who can think critically, ask the right questions, and help improve testing processes while contributing to successful product releases. **Contract Duration:** 12 Months Required Skills \& Experience 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience Strong manual testing experience in enterprise applications Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution Strong SQL skills for database validation and data analysis Experience validating data integrity and business workflows Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Desired Skills \& Experience Experience testing financial services or investment management applications Exposure to test automation using Python or PyTest Experience validating ETL processes or data pipelines Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases Familiarity with CI/CD environments Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools Experience with regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 60% Manual Functional \& Regression Testing 20% SQL \& Data Validation Testing 10% Defect Tracking \& Test Documentation 10% Automation Support \& Process Improvement Daily Responsibilities 75% Hands On Testing 0% Management Duties 25% Team Collaboration
