We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with manufacturing experience who can work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. ### Day 1 Expectations * Ability to read a tape measure accurately to **1/16 of an inch** * Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment, including calipers, gauges, Allen wrenches, and squares * Computer literacy, including spreadsheets and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment ### Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Work as a **Roll Form Operator or Stacker Operator** in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Measure panels daily using tape measures, calipers, squares, and levels to ensure quality standards are met * Use hand tools, including Allen wrenches and sockets, to make necessary adjustments * Read spreadsheets and adjust HMI settings to meet production requirements * Troubleshoot production issues and make quick, effective decisions to minimize downtime * Maintain a high level of attention to detail while ensuring quality and production efficiency ### Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Weekly Pay * Opportunities for Career Growth and Advancement
