Contract Duration: 24 Months **Required Skills \& Experience** * 4 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. * 2 years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays, and on-call basis based on demands and willingness to work beyond shift hours, if needed * Experienced Working Knowledge of varying technologies including Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk * Proficient level experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Ability to retain solution focus under pressure. * Multi-tasking capability handling all the tasks in the scope of work. * Time Management \& Workload Prioritization and escalate issues as appropriate. * Practical Decision Making * Advanced Problem Resolution * Good Interpersonal \& Communication skills (Verbal, email, chat) * Sense of urgency to handle the issue reported and drive it until closure. * Knowledge and understanding of technology production support in a highly critical environment. * Willingness to learn and upskill to meet the teams' needs (infrastructure and applications) * Adhere to HR policies, shift availability, team meetings and daily cadence. **What You Will Be Doing** * Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables. * Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. * Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering. * Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services * Recognizes recurring problems and proactively work with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions and process improvements * Collaborate with other Infrastructure, application teams and management to lead, monitor and resolve system outages ensuring availability management of systems and applications etc... * Work as key participant in large scale computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems and Operations functional area.
