Contract Duration: 6 Months, possible conversion to full-time. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting. * Windows Server administration and production support experience. * Exposure to Java or Tomcat-based application environments. * Experience with archiving, compliance, or eDiscovery systems. * Solid troubleshooting ability in high-pressure production settings. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, or database change management processes. Power BI or similar reporting tools. * Experience with ServiceNow or database change management processes. * Background in financial services or other regulated industries. **What You Will Be Doing** * Provide daily production support for enterprise archiving and compliance systems. * Script and automate operational tasks using PowerShell. * Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident response. * Perform system administration tasks in a Windows Server environment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and performance standards. * Support audit, regulatory, and eDiscovery tool reliability. * Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
