The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end BOQ, rate analysis, tender schedules, and billing reconciliation for residential building projects. \*Key Responsibilities* - Prepare detailed *quantity estimation and measurement\* including \*BBS\* for residential building projects - Handle \*rate analysis for tendering\* and prepare competitive BOQ-based tenders - Source and validate \*current material and labour market rates\* independently - Prepare \*MS Project based tender schedules\* and track tender timelines - Manage \*client billing\* - RA bills, final bills, variation claims, and reconciliation - Verify and substantiate client claims with strong reconciliation skills - Coordinate with site team, consultants, and vendors for measurements and clarifications - Explain rates, quantities, and billing details clearly to clients and management - Manage multiple project billing requirements with accuracy and adherence to timelines \*Required Skills \& Competencies* 1. *15 years\* experience with majority in \*Residential / Commercial building projects* 2. Strong knowledge of *quantity estimation, measurement, and BBS* 3. Expertise in *rate analysis, tendering, and BOQ preparation* 4. Good understanding of *current material \& labour market rates* 5. Strong *reconciliation skills\* for client billing and claims 6. Excellent \*communication skills\* for client and internal coordination 7.
