\*We're Hiring: HVAC Design Engineer \| Guindy, Chennai* *Location:\* Guindy, Chennai (WFO) \| \*Exp:\* Min 2 Years \| \*Salary:\* Rs. 25,000 - 30,000 \*Industry:\* HVAC / MEP \| \*Working:\* Mon-Sat Leading HVAC Projects Company handling Commercial, Industrial, Hospital \& IT Park projects is hiring a HVAC Design Engineer. \*Key Responsibilities:* - Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting \& piping drawings - Shop \& GFC drawings in AutoCAD \& Revit MEP - Perform cooling / heating load calculations - HAP / E20 as per ASHRAE - Heat load mandatory - Equipment selection - AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF / VRV, Pumps, Fans - Prepare BOQ, technical submittals \& material take-offs for tenders - Coordinate with project \& site teams for design clarifications \& site issues - Ensure compliance with NBC, ISHRAE, ASHRAE \& local codes - Review vendor drawings \& support procurement *Mandatory Requirements:* - B.E / http://B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with HVAC certification - ISHRAE cert is a plus - Min 2 years in HVAC design for commercial / hospital / IT park projects - Portfolio must - Software: AutoCAD - Mandatory, Revit MEP - Mandatory, HAP - Mandatory.
