Ability to travel onsite. Time required onsite will vary based on project phase. Preferred Qualifications Experience in COMPRESS - pressure vessel modeling software Key Working Relations Directly reports to Mechanical Engineering Group Lead Work directly under the Lead Mechanical Engineer as part of a larger project team Key Tasks \& Responsibilities Participate as a project team member. Assist in the development and review of piping layouts, equipment arrangements, piping specifications, and design packages in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and site requirements. Assist the lead mechanical engineer in the development of project design requirements and assemble estimate information for mechanical / piping discipline Ensure piping designs meet process, operability, maintainability, and safety objectives Assist in project construction/fabrication package development including drawings, vendor data and specifications. Assist project design and closeout documentation per the engineering execution process. Assist project commissioning and checkout.
