\*We're Hiring: QS \& Tendering Manager - Commercial \& Residential \| Nungambakkam, Chennai* *Location:\* Nungambakkam, Chennai (WFO) \| \*Exp:\* 15 Years in QS \& Tendering Mandatory \| \*Salary:\* Rs. 70,000 - 85,000 Leading Construction Company - BOQ Based Contracting - is hiring QS \& Tendering Manager for premium commercial \& residential building projects. \*Mandatory Background:* - Contracting companies - BOQ based model only - High Rise, Villas, Apartments, Office Buildings - PMC companies handling commercial \& residential buildings - *Not Eligible:\* Property Development / Real Estate Developers only, Infra - Roads, Bridges, Highways, Metro \*Key Responsibilities:* - Quantity estimation \& measurement incl. BBS preparation \& checking - Rate analysis for tendering \& cost estimation - Source \& validate Chennai / TN market rates - Materials \& labour - Reconciliation - Steel, Cement, Concrete - Substantiate client claims \& check work done - Client billing, subcontractor billing, variation claims \& cost control - Explain rates, quantities \& billing clearly to clients \& management - Manage multiple project billing with accuracy \& timelines *Must Have:* - 15 years QS \& Tendering - Commercial \& residential buildings only - Strong in quantity take-off, BBS, rate analysis, reconciliation - AutoCAD - Must \| Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot, Cost Sheets - Must \| MS Project - Tender schedules *Interview Process:* 1. HR Screening 2. Technical Test - Quantity take-off, rate analysis, reconciliation \& BBS error identification - Mandatory 3.
