The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. \*Key Responsibilities:* - *Project Planning \& Execution\*: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects - \*Site Management\*: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing \& commissioning at project sites - \*Client \& Stakeholder Coordination\*: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution - \*Budget \& Cost Control\*: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance - \*Team Leadership\*: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure productivity and safety - \*Quality \& Compliance\*: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements - \*Documentation \& Reporting\*: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents \*Requirements:* - *Experience\*: 8-15 years in HVAC Project Management. Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must - \*Education\*: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred - \*Skills\*: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools, and MS Office - \*Other\*: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
