This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and testing teams by gathering requirements, analyzing defects, writing user stories, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting product delivery. **Product \& Requirements Analysis** * Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes. * Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. * Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts. * Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements. **Agile Product Support** * Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities. * Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools. * Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams. * Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives. **Test Coordination** * Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. * Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria. * Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution. * Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders. **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. * Communicate requirements, priorities, risks, and project updates effectively. * Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify business needs and technical solutions.
