The Role * Manage one or more complex IT projects as an Integrator, ensuring successful delivery. * Orchestrate agile Scrum teams and engage stakeholders across business and IT. * Oversee the overall technical implementation of project results, collaborating with Solution Architects and development teams. * Ensure successful delivery including quality assurance and testing. * Contribute to the conceptualization and description of requirements, processes, interfaces, and data models. * Identify and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements from both business and IT. * Actively manage scope, timelines, quality, and costs, including budget planning and transparent cost controlling. What You'll Need * Completed degree and several years of professional experience in (agile) project/change management, particularly in agile software development, or comparable qualifications. * Ability to understand and co-design complex system landscapes and architectures within the technical context. * Experience in functionally leading multidisciplinary teams and working with agile methodologies. * Strong ability to break down complex issues and make them accessible to various stakeholders. * Decision-making skills with a focus on all consequences and driving implementation. * Flexible communication style adapted to various stakeholders and situations (in German and English), with strong moderation skills.
