\*We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive - International Calling \| Royapet, Chennai* *Location:\* Royapet, Chennai (WFO) \| \*Exp:\* 1-2 Years Inside Sales with International Calling Mandatory \| \*Salary:\* Rs. 25,000 - 30,000 High Incentives Leading Maritime / Shipping / Logistics Company is hiring Inside Sales Executive for International Calling. \*Key Responsibilities:* - Make international outbound calls to prospects in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding \& maritime sectors - Lead generation, follow-up \& convert inquiries into sales - Understand client requirements \& explain maritime services / products - Update CRM daily with call logs \& sales activities - Coordinate with ops for quotations, proposals \& order processing - Build long-term relationships with international clients - Market research on competitors \& trends - Achieve monthly sales targets \& KPIs - Daily / weekly sales reports *Must Have:* - 1-2 years Inside Sales / Tele Sales / International Sales with International Calling - Mandatory - Excellent English communication - Verbal \& written, neutral accent preferred - B2B International Sales experience preferred - Maritime / Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Ship Chandling / Marine Services will be a big plus - Good in MS Office, Excel, CRM \& calling software - Basic maritime terms \& global time zones advantage - Graduate - Target driven, persuasive \& customer focused - Willing to work rotational / night shifts to match US / Europe time zones - Based in Chennai / Willing to relocate to Royapet - Candidates near Royapet, Mylapore, Triplicane, Central preferred *What We Offer:\* - Rs. 25k-30k High Incentives Benefits Training in maritime products DM with CV if you have International Calling Sales experience \& ready to join immediately.
