Martin Painting \& Coating Co. is looking for an Industrial Equipment Painter to work on painting projects involving equipment and industrial surfaces. The position includes preparation, coating application, detail work, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare equipment surfaces for painting. Remove loose paint, dirt, and surface contaminants. Scrape, sand, and clean surfaces as required. Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and approved equipment. Complete touch-ups and detail work. Mask and protect components that should not be painted. Assist with moving and organizing materials and equipment. Maintain tools and painting equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow project requirements and safety procedures. Perform work from elevated platforms when required. Qualifications Previous industrial, commercial, equipment painting, or construction experience preferred. Experience painting equipment or machinery is a plus. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Physically able to perform painting and preparation work. Comfortable working at heights. Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance. Reliable transportation required. Smartphone required for timesheets and communication. Availability to work at least two weekends per month. Strong attention to detail and safety.
