**Healthcare Technology Company \| Senior Platform Engineer** A large healthcare organization focused on building and managing enterprise cloud platforms is seeking a **Senior Platform Engineer** to join their team. This is a **full-time, onsite position** located in **Chicago, IL** . In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure while driving platform engineering initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with development teams to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, automate infrastructure management, and establish Kubernetes deployment standards. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Strong experience with **Microsoft Azure** and **GitHub** * Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining **Kubernetes** deployment standards * Experience with monitoring, logging, and analytics tools to improve platform reliability and performance **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Experience contributing to platform engineering strategy and roadmaps * Previous team leadership or mentoring experience **Compensation \& Benefits** * Bonus eligible **Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:** * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Vacation Time * Stock Options Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
