Field Service Technician

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in Elk Grove, CA 95624. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Contract Duration: 3 months **Required Skills \& Experience** * Associate's degree or its equivalent * 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. * Active driver's license. * Good admin and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networks. * Good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's). * A certification **What You Will Be Doing** * Travel to each client's location. * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. Works under general supervision. * Local travel required for daily dispatch. * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. * Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. * Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed. * Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
