Akkodis is seeking an **Engineer** for a **Contract** with a client in **Sunnyvale, CA.** The candidate must have strong capability in facilitating in‑person user studies to manage detailed protocols and ensure high‑quality data collection. **Rate Range:** $52/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Engineer Job Responsibilities Include** * Facilitate and moderate in‑person user study sessions while ensuring full adherence to detailed study protocols. * Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot study devices and equipment before and during data collection efforts. * Gather quantitative system data from test devices, validate data accuracy, and document any protocol deviations. * Track study progress, manage participant scheduling, and proactively escalate study‑related issues. * Communicate daily study updates, results, and device or data issues to project stakeholders. * Set up and break down study environments, manage study materials, and support survey distribution and collection. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, human‑computer interaction, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience supporting user studies or handling technical data collection processes. * Ability to facilitate in‑person study sessions and manage participant coordination as required by the client. * Capability to prepare, troubleshoot, and maintain study devices and environments per client expectations.
