The Role * Take responsibility as part of an agile team, focusing on capital gains tax, tax certificates, FATCA, and CRS. * Act as the translator for the development team in tax-related matters. * Keep a close eye on the backlog, evaluating requirements based on customer value and economic efficiency, while adhering to internal guidelines and strategies. * Collaborate with the cross-functional team to create solution sketches, user stories, and functional concepts. * Develop functional test cases and take ownership of maintaining and enhancing automated regression tests. * Handle tickets within second-level support. What You'll Need * A degree in Business Administration or comparable qualifications. * Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with expertise in tax matters. * Experience in an interface role between business and IT. * Proficiency in creating functional process descriptions. * Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level). * Structured, analytical, reliable, and a strong team player with social competence and a high degree of independence.
