**Job Title:** Project Manager, Associate **Location:** Stockton, CA **Notes** ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING LOCAL TO AREA/NEAR WORK LOCATION-STOCKTON. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND WILL BE REQUIRED 1-3 TIMES A WEEK AT STOCKTON SITE OR OTHER LOCATIONS AS REQUESTED. **TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR:** Independent worker who can build relationships, change management skills (training/ job aid creation), strong communication and project management skills, LEAN experience. **Job Description** * Define project scope and objectives. * Develop cost/benefit analysis, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, test plans, contracts, risk and mitigation strategies, change management plans, and communication plans. * Define and secure authorization and funding for projects. * Determine staffing needs and individual roles and responsibilities for the project team. **Project Management Responsibilities** * Direct and monitor the work of team members and conduct project meetings. * Maintain the project plan, including risk management, issue management, change management, and communication plans. * Ensure all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitments are communicated to impacted team members. * Manage relationships and coordinate work across different teams, locations, vendors, and subcontractors. * Oversee the overall management and integration of requirements, including vendor tasks. * Track and review vendor deliverables. * Measure, monitor, and report project progress at defined milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery by balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. * Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and resolution of problems. **Skills Required** * Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to present information, status updates, and issues in a clear and concise manner to drive decision-making. * Ability to organize and facilitate groups effectively while keeping projects moving forward. * Ability to work effectively with senior staff members and management. **Desired Qualifications** * Previous experience in Project Management. * PMP certification. * BA/BS in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related experience.
