100% Onsite (5 Days/Week) in Frisco, TX We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives. This role will focus on modernizing procurement processes, systems, and capabilities while driving strategic roadmap execution and business outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Own and manage procurement transformation roadmaps * Partner with business, technology, finance, and operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities * Translate business needs into product requirements and solutions * Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption * Drive stakeholder alignment, governance, change management, and value realization * Support vendor engagements, business cases, and executive communications **Qualifications** * 10+ years of Product Management, Transformation, or Program Management experience * Proven success leading large-scale business transformation initiatives * Strong roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills * Experience driving process modernization and organizational change * Executive-level communication and presentation skills **Preferred** * Procurement, P2P, S2P, supplier management, or procurement operations experience * Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow * Backgrounds in Product Management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Program Leadership highly preferred.
