**We Are Hiring: Supply Planning Analyst** **Contract Duration - 12 months/w2** We are looking for an experienced **Supply Planning Analyst** to support inventory planning, material forecasting, procurement coordination, and supply chain optimization within a large-scale utility environment. Key Requirements ✔ 5 years of Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Inventory Planning, or related experience ✔ Hands-on experience with **SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning)** or other MRP systems ✔ Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: * VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP * Pivot Tables * Conditional Formatting * Formulas \& Data Analysis * Excel Shortcut Keys ✔ Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills ✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams Preferred Qualifications ✔ APICS CPIM Certification ✔ Experience with SAP APO, Oracle Demand Planning, or similar planning tools ✔ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies ✔ Master's Degree in a related field What You'll Do * Manage supply planning activities across multiple material categories * Review purchase requisitions and coordinate stock transfers * Support inventory optimization and forecasting initiatives * Analyze supply risks and material shortages * Maintain SAP planning parameters and inventory targets * Present findings and recommendations to leadership * Drive continuous improvement initiatives Top Skills **SAP MRP \| Inventory Planning \| Forecasting \| Advanced Excel \| Supply Chain Analytics \| Procurement Coordination \| Lean Six Sigma** If you're a data-driven supply chain professional with strong SAP and Excel expertise, we'd love to connect with you.
