**Job Title:** Senior Product Designer **Location:** New York, New York (Hybrid) A premier consumer subscription and e-commerce platform based in New York City (near Madison Square Park) is looking for a full-time Senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design across web, iOS, and Android applications. Working with modern design stacks and advanced tools (including Figma, Claude, and AI-assisted workflows) you will take complete ownership of crafting high-impact digital experiences for an active, nationwide customer base. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the digital experience for over 1 million monthly visitors while pioneering the integration of modern AI tools into the design and product lifecycle. We are looking for a craft-obsessed designer ready to elevate product standards, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex concepts into elegant, intuitive customer journeys. You will gain direct access to cross-functional leadership, rapid growth in design operations, and the creative freedom to redefine how a beloved consumer brand scales its core product. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 5+ years of product design experience focused on consumer-facing digital products Proven track record designing across web, iOS, and Android platforms Advanced fluency in Figma, component documentation, and scalable design systems * Experience working with or integrating AI tools (e.g., Figma MCP, Claude Code) into design workflows * Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end problem solving, visual and interaction design, and iterative product delivery * Demonstrated ability to move comfortably between low-fidelity conceptual sketches and pixel-perfect production assets * High ownership mentality with a lean, agile, and iterative approach to feedback **Desired Skills \& Experience** * Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience * Prior design mentorship or team management experience **What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown** * 60% Figma (UI/UX, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping) * 25% Cross-Platform Design (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) * 15% AI-Assisted Design Tools \& Workflow Automation (Claude, Figma MCP) **Daily Responsibilities** * 70% Hands-On Product Design \& Prototyping * 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration \& Stakeholder Alignment (PM, Engineering, Leadership) * 10% Design System Evolution \& AI Process Optimization **The Offer** * Base Salary: $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience * Performance bonus eligible **You will receive the following benefits:** * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Unlimited PTO policy * Hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite near Madison Square Park, NYC) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
