Senior Finance Manager, FP&A

**Title:**Senior FP\&A Manager **Company:**SaaS Industry **Compensation:**$75-85/hr (DOE) Job Description: Finance Leadership * Serve as the lead finance partner for assigned business units. * Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Manage P\&L analysis, trends, and performance insights. * Partner with product, revenue, and operational leaders on business strategy. * Present recommendations and financial results to leadership. Strategy \& Growth * Build financial models for new products, pricing, and growth initiatives. * Evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions. * Support strategic planning and long-range forecasting. SaaS Performance Metrics * Analyze and improve key SaaS KPIs * Partner with commercial teams on pricing and profitability initiatives. Reporting \& Analytics * Perform customer, cohort, retention, and profitability analysis. * Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews. * Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Process Improvement * Enhance financial systems, reporting, and planning processes. * Maintain forecasting and long-range planning models. * Prepare executive, board, and investor presentations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. * 8 years of FP\&A experience, including SaaS or technology environments. * Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis skills. * Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. * Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. * Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar ERP/EPM systems. * Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. * Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. * Proven success improving processes and scaling finance operations.
